Don't worry! We've made it as simple as possible

All live tutor sessions are delivered via Zoom. A Zoom link (in the course module) will become live about 15 minutes before the advertised start time for the session. Students require a laptop or computer (tablets and phones will work but are not recommended) with either speakers or headphones, a free Zoom account and downloaded Zoom app, a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work. Student webcams will not normally be required but the tutor may use theirs. If you require IT assistance please let us know in advance and if we can help we will. Unfortunately we can't delay the start of lessons or issue refunds if you have IT problems. Further details are available in our Terms and Conditions.
